With the approval of the Party Committee of Xuzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, on the morning of June 30, 2022, the General Branch Committee of the CPC Xuzhou Museum organized the inaugural meeting. Comrade Zhao Yanhua, Director of the Personnel Department of the Bureau, attended the meeting and read out the "Reply on Agreeing to Establish the General Party Branch of Xuzhou Museum" issued by the Party Committee of the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, and agreed to establish the General Party Branch of Xuzhou Museum, with seven branch members. Comrade Li Xiaojun served as the secretary of the General Party Branch, which has three Party branches.

The General Assembly voted to adopt the "Election Method", the list of candidates for members of the General Branch Committee, the list of scrutineers and the list of vote counters. According to the agenda of the meeting and the Election Method, members of the General Party Branch Committee of Xuzhou Museum were elected by secret ballot. The General Party Branch Committee of Xuzhou Museum held its first meeting to study and decide that Comrade Liu Zhaojian would serve as the deputy secretary and organization member of the General Party Branch, Comrade Yuan Feng would serve as the discipline inspection member of the General Party Branch, and Comrade Huang Yumin would serve as the propaganda member of the General Party Branch. Comrade Li Yongle served as the secretary of the first Party branch of the General Branch Committee of the CPC Xuzhou Museum; Comrade Miao Hua served as the secretary of the second party branch of the General Branch Committee of the CPC Xuzhou Museum; Comrade Wu Yunpeng served as the secretary of the third party branch of the General Branch Committee of the CPC Xuzhou Museum. At the same time, the composition of Party members of each branch was clarified.
